We are happy to announce the GAF9 Photo contest for the Dr M C Nandeesha Prize. The theme for the contest is “Transforming aquaculture and fisheries for gender justice”. Photos may be uploaded in the link provided below. The photo entry submission window will be open till 30 August 2025. Entries selected by the GAF9 Conference Committee will be posted on this website and can be viewed till the end of GAF9 conference.

Guidelines for the contest:

1. Must be an original photo taken specifically for this contest
2. Technical specification of photo should be as follows:
• Aspect ratio: 16:9
• Dimension: 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Depth: 300 DPI/PPI
• File size: Should be less than 3 MB
• File format: JPG
3. Consent should be given along with the submission for GAFS to use the photo for any academic/ publication/ publicity/ other purpose
